Matjhabeng Heritage Trails Network is a private sector project initiated by Matjhabeng Destination Management Organisation NPC. It is a lead project aimed at forging collaboration and close partnership amongst tourism businesses in the Matjhabeng Local Municipality area to develop a thriving tourism sector.

Matjhabeng Destination Management NPC invites interested companies and individuals residing in the region of Matjhabeng Local Municipality to register to become a member of this project.

1. Joint marketing; marketing tourism offerings in the area by clubbing together to approach markets.
2. Cooperate rather than compete; by coming together and approaching the market through “tourism packages” enables lower marketing costs and higher conversion rates.
