Matjhabeng Destination Management Organisation is a non-profit company registered with the CIPC (Companies And Intellectual Property Commission) in South Africa.

1. Any use and interaction with our website, logos, content and products is completely on a voluntary basis. No claims or liability can be applied to the Matjhabeng DMO on any basis what so ever.
2. Matjhabeng DMO reserves the right to accept, decline or reject any applicant to form part of it’s network of members, using it’s discretion and process to arrive at such conclusion as it may deem fit.
3. Matjhabeng DMO undertakes not to guarantee any outcome, be it implied or aspired to, not withstanding efforts or resources which may be employed to achieve implied goals for both members and clients alike.
4. Matjhabeng DMO aims to engage and partner with a variety of institutions for the achievement of it’s stated objectives. Such stated objectives can however be achieved as per the set targets and timeframes, or may be missed altogether due to unforeseen and variable factors. By becoming a member, you undertake not to institute any claim against Matjhabeng DMO for any loss which may arise from such objectives not being met, whether stated or implied.  

Events.

Events organised by Matjhabeng DMO, No refunds on event pass fee is to be expected in the incident that the event get cancelled or interrupted by factors beyond Matjhabeng DMO’s control. 

Factors like riots, adverse weather and or, any cancellation reason will not guarantee any refund on any fee paid over for ticketing and other expenses.
